In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
- The product proves faulty within 12 months of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
- The product does not match its description as provided when sold
- The product received is not the product ordered
- The product has been damaged in transit.
For faulty products we offer a 12 Month Replacement Warranty from the date you receive your product. Please contact us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected. Please ensure that returned products are cleaned and safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
If a returned product is deemed to be faulty, every effort will be made to replace this item with an identical product. If we cannot replace your item with an identical product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. Red Stiletto sales Pty Ltd will not be responsible for return postage of products but in the case that the item is deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department the replacement item will be posted to you at our expense. Any products found to be working upon return will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Change Of Mind Policy
Due to the personal nature of the products we sell and to ensure the health & safety of our customers, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind of any products purchased. Items will not be exchanged due to change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
Special Offers Returns Policy
Products purchased as part of a package or special offer are still covered under our 12 Month Warranty.
If you find a product is faulty, please contact us to arrange a return and we will be happy to send a replacement.
If the product was discontinued item we will offer you a similar replacement product of equal or greater value.
Free Gifts Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of FREE GIFTS in exchange for other products, credit or money.
Before You Return Your Product:
Before you return a toy you suspect is faulty, please make sure you have checked the following:
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries.
- Make sure the batteries have been installed correctly.
- Try new batteries.
- Make sure the battery terminals are not wet or affected by moisture.
- Hold controls down for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
- Make sure you have read and followed the instruction leaflet specific to your product.
How To Return Your Faulty Product
Prior to making your return you must contact us by email email@example.com. We will troubleshoot the issue and then supply further instructions on how to return your product if you still can’t get your product to work correctly.
